Christ Day and Northern connections Days 17-19th of Oct in Finland

Hey friends!

It's been a while since we have seen each other, so, if you miss your Finnish and Nordic friends, here is a great chance to spend some time together! 18th of October 2008 there is event called Christ Day in Turku, Finland, and during that weekend there is also an opportunity to come and get connected with some Nordic people.
Nordic meeting

The Nordic meetings take place on Friday 17th Oct (starting at 9am) and Sunday 19th Oct (finishing at 6pm). There will be some teaching about Nordic and Baltic issues during the meetings but also lots of time to pray together, get to know each other, share stories and build networks across nations. On Saturday 18th everybody is welcome to join Christ Day with 10 000 Finns to pray for Finland and nations.

You are all very welcome to join!
24-7 stand on Christ Day

Our small 24-7finland group will be joining the Christ Day with a chilling area, where you are more than welcomed to come and say hi to us, chat with old friends and get some new ones and pray. Would be awesome to hear what God has been up to in your life and get encouraged by each others lives!

I kinda have a dream

hey my nordic (and other as well) friends.

as I was sitting in a church in betlehem for the last time
before returning to finland, I just heard God whispering to my heart
a small seed.

an idea of a walk.

what id really love to do, would be to travel to israel
and walk along the safety wall that stands between
palestinian areas and israel. pray, meet people and live the kingdom out.

I dont know when, dont even quite know how,
and with whom. But if the idea stris anything in you,
please tell me, lets talk more :)

Wasn't it nice to have Scot with us at the gathering? He wrote this article (click on the picture to read) after his travels through 7 countries in Europe in 7 weeks.
